Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, if:
- The item is in original condition – complete with all parts and packaging.
- No damage from misuse or rough handling.
- Hygiene-related items are cleaned before return.
- Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days.
We may refuse returns if the product appears used or damaged by the customer.
How to Return
Send an email to: service@netartsy.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photo (if damaged)
- Your full name and address
We will reply with the correct return address. Do not send the item back without confirmation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Cancellation Policy)
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel your order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped due.
- Inform us via email: service@netartsy.com
- Return the goods at your own cost.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the items.
Note: If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible until delivery.
